Five beauty recipes: berry smoothie


Berries combined with sweet banana give a delicious berry cocktail. Add the remaining ingredients to taste, please be blender, and go! Currant
  • 1 cup of black currant
  • fresh mint leaves (1 bunch)
  • 2 large banana (or 3 small)
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or yogurt with no additives)
  • 1 cup water

Grapefruit
  • half a grapefruit
  • 15 klubnichin
  • a handful of seedless grapes
  • half avocado
  • 1 banana
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • spoon crushed flax seeds
