HOW TO MAKE FITNESS ROLL WITH SEAFOOD


Seafood is almost no fat, saturated diet of protein and essential fatty acids Omega-3, which displays the body of free radicals and toxins. Squid, brine, octopus, shrimp, clams, mussels are unique in their chemical composition: it is more than 40 trace elements, thanks to which nails, hair and skin will always be in perfect condition.

Ingredients
  • 500 g squid (frozen)
  • 4 pcs bulbs
  • 400 g salmon (salted)
  • 100 g salmon roe
  • 1 sheet of lavash (Armenian thin)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

Squid unfreeze, gut and remove the surface film. Rinse well. Put the squid in a pan, pour 2 liters of water, salt. Boil in salted water for about 2-3 minutes. Then remove with a slotted spoon, cool and cut into thin strips.

Onions clean, wash and cut into half rings.

Cut the fish into thin slices, and then each - thin strips or small squares.

In a deep skillet heat the vegetable oil, fry the onion in it until golden brown.

Put a bow on a paper towel to drain off fat, but also get wet if necessary. It is important that the bow was as dry land.

Squid, onion, red caviar, salmon combine, mix and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Pita spread out, put the stuffing on it.

Lavash roll into a tight roll, wrap the lettuce and cut with a sharp knife on a la carte pieces.
